2. Visiting this website

When you visit this website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) in server log files to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The log data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for these purposes. A data processing agreement is in place with the host.

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking and loads no external fonts.

3. Purchase and payment

The buy button takes you to the checkout of Gumroad (Gumroad, Inc.). Gumroad processes the data needed for order, payment, invoice and download (e.g. name, e-mail address, payment data, country) as an independent controller. Gumroad is based in the USA; data may be transferred to the USA. Details, including the safeguards for the transfer, are in Gumroad's privacy policy: gumroad.com/privacy.

We receive the order data from Gumroad (name, e-mail address, order number, country, amount) insofar as it is needed for support, bug fixes and our accounting. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract) and (c) GDPR (tax and commercial retention obligations).

4. Contact by e-mail

If you write to us, we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them when they are no longer needed and no retention obligations apply.

5. The skin itself

The Kinoa skin sends no data to us or third parties. It contains no tracking or analytics.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
